EGGNOG FRUIT SALAD
1 c. eggnog, chilled
1 (2 oz.) envelope dessert topping mix
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (13 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 medium apple, unpared, cored, and chopped
1/2 c. maraschino cherries, drained and halved
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
In small mixer bowl, combine eggnog, dessert topping mix
and nutmeg. Beat at high speed of electric mixer until soft
peaks form, about 5 minutes. Combine fruits and nuts. Fold in
eggnog mixture. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Stir gently
and serve.
