Hash Brown Casserole
2 lb. frozen hashbrowns, thawed
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onions
16 oz. sour cream
2 cups of cream of chicken soup
10 oz. Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix potatoes and butter; add rest of ingredients. Butter casserole dish and
bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
