Ingredients
•Cauliflower
•Salt
•2 Eggs, beaten
•Bread crumbs
•Olive oil
•Flour
Cooking Instructions
Boil cauliflower pieces until a little tender but still firm. Drain and dip each piece into flour, egg, then bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil until browned. Sprinkle with salt and drain on paper towels.
