Ingredients
•String beans, trimmed
•Garlic, minced
•Olive oil
•1 large can of plum tomatoes
•Salt
•1 Teaspoon of oregano
•1 Teaspoon of basil
Cooking Instructions
Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add plum tomatoes, salt, oregano and basil. Simmer about 10 min. Add string beans and cover. Cook until beans are tender.
