1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup minced onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 8 ounce ca tomato sauce
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon dry sherry
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
Heat oil in medium saucepan
over medium heat until hot. Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until
onion is tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat
to low and simmer 20 mins. Serve over grilled chicken, pork, spareribs,
salmon or hamburgers. Yield: 1 Cup
