- Spray crock pot with cooking spray
- Cut meat into strips, place in slow cooker
- Add green pepper, onion, broth, and dressing mix
- Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours, or high 3-4 hours
- Spoon meat mixture onto bread, top with a slice of cheese
- Another option is to toast bread in a 375 oven for 5-10 minutes, add meat, cover with cheese, then bake an additional 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
- Shred lettuce. Chop tomatoes and onion finely. Slice avocado into small pieces. Toss the lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cheese, beans, avocado, Catalina dressing, and Taco sauce.
- Chill.
- Right before serving toss in the Doritos. The dressing and moisture in the salad will soften them.
- You can even add a little browned hamburger if you like although I really like it Vegan style.
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients.
- Taste egg salad and add additional mayonnaise, salt and pepper if needed.
