Creamy Skillet Chicken

Creamy Skillet Chicken

1 Tbsp. olive oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
1 envelope Lipton� Recipe Secrets� Vegetable Soup Mix
1 cup milk
1 cup water
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed

Heat olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat and brown
chicken, turning once. Remove chicken; keep warm.
Bring Lipton� Recipe Secrets� Vegetable Soup Mix blended with milk and water to
a boil in same skillet. Reduce heat and simmer 4 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese until melted and simmer 3 minutes. Add chicken and cook 5
minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Serve with warm buttermilk
biscuits, hot cooked rice or noodles.

CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP

CHEDDAR CHEESE SOUP

1 large onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cup chicken broth
1 cup carrots, chopped
3 cup potatoes, chopped
3 cup milk
3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 teaspoon pepper
smoked sausage, diced

Saute onion and celery in butter 3 minutes until soft. Stir in flour, mustard
and Worcestershire sauce. Cook, stirring constantly 2 minutes until bubbly. Stir
in broth, carrots, potatoes and sausage. Bring to boil, lower to heat, cover and
simmer 25 minutes. Add milk and cook over medium heat until almost boiling (do
not boil). Reduce heat to low. Stir in cheese until melted and add pepper and
enjoy.

Taco Meatloaf

1 lb. Ground beef
1 Egg
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese cracker crumbs (like Goldfish)
1 pkg. Taco seasoning
3-4 slices American Cheese
Salsa

Combine hamburger, egg, cracker crumbs, and taco seasoning and mix well. Place
half of the meat mixture into loaf pan. Place 3 slices of cheese then top off
with remaining meat mixture. Cover top with generous amount of salsa and bake in
375-degree oven for about 35 min. Remove from oven and top with cheese if
desired then return to oven for apx. 10 more min. or until done.

Chinese Broccoli

Chinese Broccoli

1 large head of broccoli, cleaned and cut into pieces.
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion, chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 teaspoon cornstarch

Brown onion in oil over medium heat. Add broccoli to onion, cover and cook about
3 minutes.

Mix soy sauce and sugar with the chicken stock. Add corn starch and mix. Pour
mixture over broccoli. Cook, uncovered, another 2 to 3 minutes, stirring
frequently.

Baked Potato Soup
4 large baking potatoes
2/3 cup butter
2/3 cup flour
1 1/2 quarts milk
1 cup sour cream
4 green onions -- chopped
5 oz cheddar cheese -- grated
salt and pepper
2 cups bacon -- crisped and cooked



Heat oven to 450F degrees and bake the potatoes until fork tender (1 hour).Melt
butter in a medium saucepan. Slowly blend in flour with a wire whiskuntil
thoroughly blended, making a roux. Gradually add milk to thebutter-flour
mixture, whisking constantly. Whisk in salt and pepper andsimmer over low heat,
stirring constantly. Cut potatoes in half, scoop outthe meat and set aside. Chop
half the potato peels and discard theremainder. When the milk mixture is very
hot, whisk in potato. Add greenonions and potato peels. Whisk well, add sour
cream. Heat thoroughly.Add cheese a little at a time until all is melted in.
Serve. Top withcrumbled bacon.

Four Hour Stew

Four Hour Stew
2 pounds lean beef -- cut for stew
1 package frozen peas
1 cup onion -- chopped
2 cups carrots -- sliced 1 inch thick
2 cups potatoes -- diced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley -- or 1 bay leaf
-- Pour over all --
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup -- or cream of celery



Put ingredients in a covered baking dish in the order given. There is noneed to
stir. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 4-5 hours.

1/4 cup butter
1 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
2 cups chopped TWIX� Miniatures
1 cup "M&M's"� Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for the holidays
1 can (14-ounce) sweetened condensed milk
1 1/3 cups coconut flakes
Aluminum foil
13x9-inch baking pan

1. Preheat the oven to 350�F.

2. Completely line the bottom and sides of a baking pan with aluminum foil. Put
the butter into the baking pan and melt it in the oven. Once butter is melted,
remove pan from oven and coat the entire bottom with melted butter.

3. Mix together the walnuts, graham cracker crumbs and chopped TWIX� Miniatures.
Then stir in half of the "M&M's"� Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for the Holidays.

4. Spread the mixture evenly into the bottom of the baking pan.

5. Pour the condensed milk over the mixture, sprinkle with the coconut and then
top with the remaining "M&M's"� Brand Milk Chocolate Candies for the Holidays.
Press the mixture firmly into the pan.

6. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.

7. Chill for one hour before cutting into bars.
