1 lb ground beef
1 jar (28 oz) pasta sauce (your favorite)
3 cups uncooked ziti
Grated Parmesan cheese
In a large pot, cook the ziti according to the package directions; drain
well.
In a medium skillet using medium-high heat, crumble the ground beef and cook
until browned. Drain in a colander to get rid of the excess fat. Wipe the
skillet with a paper towel. Return the beef to the skillet and add the cooked
ziti and the pasta sauce. Reduce heat to simmer and cook until heated through.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.

Chicken Parmigiana | "Country Cooking Recipes"
Ingredients:
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 oz. dried bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
3/4 (16oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken into egg beaters, then the bread crumbs. Place chicken on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake for 40 minutes. Pour 1/2 of the spaghetti sauce into a 9x13 baking dish. Add the chicken and pour on the remaining sauce. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
