Holiday Pinwheels
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese; softened
1 dry packet ranch style salad dressing mix
1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
1/2 cup minced celery
1/4 cup thinly sliced onions, green
1/4 cup sliced green or black olives
4 10-inch tortillas
1. Combine cream cheese and dressing mix in a bowl and beat with mixer until
smooth. Add red pepper, celery, onions and olives, and mix well.
2. Spread about 3/4 cup of mixture on each tortilla. Roll up tightly; wrap
in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
3. Slice into 1/2-inch pieces. Makes about 15 servings.
