BBQ SAUCE




1/2 C. ketchup

1/2 C. white wine

1 T. Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 tsp. chili powder

3 dashes hot sauce

Combine all ingredients. Bring to boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
