Crunchy No-Fry Chicken

3/4 cup finely crushed corn flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup Swanson� Chicken Stock
Stir the corn flakes, garlic powder, black pepper and red pepper in a shallow
medium bowl.
Dip the chicken into the stock. Coat with the corn flake mixture. Place the
chicken onto a baking sheet.
Bake at 400�F. for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serves 4.
