Sweet Potato and Pork Chop Casserole
2-3 sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
4 pork chops
Salt and pepper, to taste
Layer the sweet potatoes in a lightly greased 2 quart casserole with
Onion. Salt and pepper every other layer. Lay pork chops on top and
