Ingredients:
1/2 lb mild pork sausage
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 1/2 cup Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
2/3 cup milk
1/2 cup finely grated cheddar cheese
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups.
Cook and stir sausage and onions til browned.
Drain well.
Combine sausage, onions and next 6 ingredients.
Mix and fill muffin tins.
Bake til nicely browned.
