BAKED TOMATOES


•2 cups fresh tomatoes, diced

•1/2 cup sugar

•2 cups of biscuit or bread crumbs

•2 tablespoons butter

•2 tablespoons sugar

Grease a quart casserole dish. Mix together the first three ingredients and put into dish. Dot butter on top, then sprinkle the two remaining sugar over the top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Serve warm. Yield: 4-6 servings.
