SAUCY CHICKEN CASSEROLE


•1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted

•1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

•2 cups sour cream

•3/4 cup sprite

•1/2 cup onion, chopped

•1 small can sliced mushrooms

•1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

•1/2 teaspoon salt

•1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning

•1/4 teaspoon pepper

•6-8 pieces of skinless chicken pieces

In a greased 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Combine soups, sour cream, Sprite, onion, mushrooms, garlic powder, salt, poultry seasoning and pepper. Arrange chicken on top of mixture. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is tender. Serve chicken and sauce over rice. Yield: 6 servings.
