Venison Hash
2 Tablespoons Bacon drippings
1 Large Onion, chopped
3 Cup Cooked, chopped beef or Venison roast.
2 Med. potatoes cut in 16 pieces
2 Tablespoon Flour
1 Clove garlic, minced
3 Cups Beef broth
1/4 Teaspoon Black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon Seasoned salt
1/2 Tablespoon Chili powder
Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat. Add meat and brown. Add broth and
other ingredients. Let simmer until tender.
