Grandma's Meatloaf




1 1/2-2 lbs. ground beef or turkey

1/2 c. ketchup or tomato sauce

1/2 tsp. salt & pepper

1/8 tsp. red pepper

2 eggs

3/4 c. bread crumbs or crackers

1/4 c. onion, chopped

2 tsp. prepared mustard



Topping

1/4 c. ketchup

1/2 tsp. mustard

2 tsp. brown sugar



Mix all ing. in bowl, and put in greased loaf pan (lined with foil if

desired). Spread topping and bake at 400 for 30-35 minutes until

done. Rest meatloaf before serving.
