HAWAIIAN FUDGE

HAWAIIAN FUDGE

2 C. sugar
1/2 C. cream
1/2 C. pineapple chunks
1 T. butter
1/2 C. pecans

Cook sugar and cream together until it reaches the soft-ball stage.
Add butter, pineapple and pecans and beat until thick and creamy.
Turn onto buttered pan. Cut when cool.
