LOW CARB CHIMICHURRI STEAKS
2 rib eye steaks
1 1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp ground chipotle chile pepper
1/2 cup each parsley and cilantro
2 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
3 tbs olive oil
2 tsp lime juice
GARNISH: Cherry Tomatoes and Lime Wedges
Heat broiler. Season steaks with lemon pepper seasoning and chipotle
chile pepper. Broil 8 min. or until done. Place steaks on platter. In
blender or food processor, combine parsley, cilantro, green onions,
and garlic. Add olive oil and lime juice. Serve mixture over steaks.
APPLY GARNISH.
Makes 4 servings.
