Crockpot Beef Hash

Crockpot Beef Hash




1 1/2 cups cut-up cooked beef

2 10-oz pkgs frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

1 onion, finely chopped

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted

1 cup gravy or beef broth

salt and pepper



Place all ingredients in Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 6 to

8 hours or on High for 2 to 3 hours.
