PIMENTO CHEESE



1 1-lb. premium white extra sharp cheddar cheese
1 1-lb. yellow sharp cheddar cheese
2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. garlic pepper
2 (4-oz.) jars pimento

Grate both 1 lb. blocks of cheese. Mix together in large bowl with
mayonnaise. (You can substitute sour cream or yogurt for the
mayonnaise.) Continue to mix in garlic pepper and undrained pimentos.
Cover and refrigerate.
